What types of accommodations are available?
We have three distinct cabins available, depending on your needs and group size.
The Cabin features 1 bedroom, a separate loft, and sleeps up to 4 guests.
The Cub House features 2,250 sqft. of living space and sleeps up to 12 guests.
The Big House is a 3-bedroom home which sleeps up to 6 guests.
When can I check in?
Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check out is before 11 am.
Do you allow pets?
No pets are allowed.
Is there a manager on site for late check-ins?
Yes, Liam and I live on site on the 28 acres.
Are linens included?
Yes, all linens are included.
Is there a BBQ grill for each accommodation?
Yes! Each unit has a gas BBQ grill.
Can I book for next summer?
Yes, you can book up to a year in advance.
How long is your season?
Typically from May to end of October.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
There are two convenience stores in town - Grizzy Ridge and Wildman's. For a traditional grocery store, we recommend shopping in Anchorage, Soldotna, or Seward before heading to Cooper Landing.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, The Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge is walking distance away. There are 4 other restaurants in town and a couple of food trucks all within 5 miles.
Do you offer winter rentals?
Not at this time.
What type of heating is available?
All rental units have radiant - in floor - heat for maximum comfort.
